The old lawns in the front yard and the parking strip have been transformed into aesthetically pleasing, water-wise garden beds, featuring mostly manzanita, ceanothus, and buckwheat species.
Other Garden Attractions: Gray pebbles provide a protective zone next to the sidewalk, and a gold fines decomposed granite path allows access around the front yard.
