To the left is a large grouping of western redbuds with toyon as a privacy screen. Espaliered fruit trees and Berkeley sedge adorn the right.

Other Garden Attractions: The back yard has a large urbanite area planted with thyme, a flagstone patio with large pot fountain, and a large potted matilija poppy. Gravel and river rock are used creatively to detail the patio's edge and the area beneath the downspouts. Wax myrtle screens the area.
